Why Q•UNIQUE exists
Businesses make progress when people understand what matters, can find what they need and have the confidence to improve their work.
Too often, their time goes into searching, checking, repeating tasks and waiting for decisions. Leaders absorb the pressure, and capable people spend energy working around the system.

Meet Kyle Lane
Over my career, I have worked across food logistics, manufacturing, automotive logistics, civil engineering and pharmaceuticals. Different settings have revealed familiar difficulties: unclear responsibilities, gaps in skills, information that is hard to use and administration that gets in the way of delivery.
I have seen what changes when people can understand and improve the way they work. At MAC 10, making the quality platform easier to use and introducing active process ownership helped continual improvement spread to other areas. Looking back, this was where the foundations of my 3-Pillar Framework came together.
That experience shapes how I work today: listen to the people doing the work, make the next step clear and check whether the change helps.
Experience made practical
On the Sharjah framework, a one-hour assessment led to changes that freed staff time valued at AED 3 million. The value was calculated from the administrative time avoided across the department and average salary rates at the time. The team used the freed capacity for project delivery and experienced getting work out more quickly.
At CH2M, a rebuilt quality platform put the right information within three clicks. Regional tools and project-manager walkthroughs helped increase engagement and compliance.
These are examples of work Kyle delivered during his earlier career and the experience he brings to Q•UNIQUE.
